Jerrold is licensed to practice law by and a member of the California State Bar and he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He was awarded a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the California State University, USA (1990). Over the next four years Jerrold was a professional teacher and a co-founder and co-director of two non-profit organizations in Oakland, California. He received a MA from the Institute Protestant de Theologie, France (1996). He then earned his JD (Hons) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2001). After which Jerrold was selected by the Chief Judge of the United States Federal District Court of Guam to serve a two year term as his judicial “at-elbow” law clerk. In 2003 Jerrold moved to Thailand and he has been working in Thailand as a legal consultant ever since. After working in Bangkok, Jerrold built and managed McEvily & Collins’ Law Offices’ Samui practice and he was named a "Partner" of McEvily & Collins in 2007. In 2010, Jerrold co-founded the tax, legal and arbitration advisory and services firm, DUENSING KIPPEN, LTD.
